Sunday School begins at 9:45 a.m. in the Methodist Ministries Center, also known as the gym. The Senior High youth (9th-12th) meet in the youth lounge located on the second floor. The youth are then divided into grades: 9th and 10th graders are together and 11th and 12th graders are together. Sunday school is taught by Brooke Outland (youth director) or an adult leader. Sunday School ends at 10:45am.
MYF (Methodist Youth Fellowship) meets on Sunday nights from 7:00-8:30pm. This is a time of incredible worship led by our youth band, high energy games, amazing skits, a talk, and in depth small groups. MYF is a night that you don't want to miss because every Sunday you have an opportunity to grow closer to Jesus Christ and walk a little farther together on our faith journey.
Small groups are held every other week at Brooke Outland's (youth director) house and the church. Small groups are a time to take a break during the business of high school and focus on God. It is a time of deep discussion and participation from everyone because it's a comfortable environment. It's a place where youth can come and just be themselves. Schedule for small groups:
9th graders will every Wednesday night during Wednesday Evening Weekly at 6:00pm in my office for small group.
10th graders will meet on Monday nights at 7:00pm at my house.
11th graders will meet on Wedneday nights at 7:00pm and 12th graders will meet on Wednesday nights at 8:00pm.
WEW-meets every Wednesday from 5:30-6:45. This time includes dinner, games, fellowship, and accountability time.
